These lemon cucumbers arrived in my CSA box this week. I only figured out what they were by process of elimination on the inventory list. I thought they were a stone fruit at first glance.
Almost identical in taste and texture to our large American green cucumbers and I’ve just been eating them plain or tossing them in a salad.
